How does the TXV attach to the evaporator?

Looking for any info with regards to the AC tube that joins t the TXV to the evaporator. Have a 1972 Plymouth Scamp with factory air. I believe the part# is 2936783 it is in the group of AC in the Mopar parts book, the group# 24-28-302.

I have gotten conflicting answers from businesses in the industry about where the Sanden 7312 compressors are made. I have been told, USA, China, and Taiwan. One (I believe) reputable source told me that none of the 7312's are made in the USA. Anyone have any expert knowledge?

I am putting the stock A/C Heater Box assembly back into my car; Question...has anyone put the heater blower assembly in and then attached the A/C assy to the heater assy rather than installing the whole unit together? Just wondering prior to my install.

1972 Plymouth Scamp, car came originally setup for factory a/c (dash bezel), but there is not any existing a/c or heater, wondering if anyone has put in a complete aftermarket system and if so whose and how difficult was the install? Thank you in advance.
