Will the 4 speed shifter and rods from a 64 barracuda work on a 72 transmission?

Summit lists part # 50-3409 that fits a 85-91 dodge Dakota with a 318 and it's only $78. The cheapest one they sell for a 69 barracuda with a 318 is almost $400. What is the difference and will the Dakota flywheel work?

can i use the flywheel from my old 318 on the new 360? it is an LA block 360, not sure what year.

i just bought a 69 cuda formula s with a 340 and automatic. the fender tag says axle code "4". the fender tag decoders come back with "unknown axle code" HELP i know its an 8 3/4 but what ratio did it come with. thanks, adam
