on a 68 dart is there a way to tighten up a rear view mirror so it doesn't flop all over the place. mine wont stay where I set it.

anyone know where I can find a new lock nut for my ignition switch for my 1967 cuda, the switch was removed from the car before I bought it and the nut is not there I found a replacement bezel for the dash but now need the nut any help would be appreciated.
