    Still not resolved. Took the Dart out yesterday and was hard on it till about 95 mph. Not super horrible, but pretty good vibration, even after letting off till speed decreased. It is not wheel speed and not engine speed as I have had it over 6600 rpm in first and second...does not occur...

    Speedo way off...!

    Hi to All, Currently my speedo shows 60, but GPS shows 43. I had a 39 tooth (green) gear which showed about 20 to 25 off. Now I am about 17 off with a 42 tooth (white). Car is 71 Dart with 28" tall tires and 4:10 gears, brand new cable and the gear holder in the trans is clocked correctly...

    Am I going to get too harsh of shifts if I go to a manual body, eliminating the carb linkage which controls pressure in the trans? My 71 Dart with 408 and pushing 500 hp will be driven mainly on the street. I would rather not deal with the extra linkage and adjustments. some info... 3200 lbs...
