64 Dart Vert Project, 62 Lancer Wagon BIG project
Contact seller
Selling our little farm means I have no more barn to store my projects in. So something has to go. I bought this project Lancer because I love the little wagons. I have accumulated more parts than it needs but that does me no good right now. So here it is:
Cons
- floorpans are bad but frames look good
- interior will need to be recoverewd
- dash pod needs restored
- engine and trans are out of car
- front passenger door needs windwing replaced, I have a nice spare
- Quarter panelss have rust, a good body man can fix, Ive seen donor panels and even new metal available. I would patch and weld
Pros
- IT'S A STATION WAGON, only 7,200 were made.
- Its compatible with the sedans and Valiant parts interchange.
- It's very compatible with the later A bodies that followed it, 63-66 and you guys know this.
- I have all of the glass, front windshield, curved cargo area glass, extra side glass for all around
- I have extra set of door and they are complete and perfect
- I have interior door panels from a Valiant and they are real nice
- All of trims is there and I have extra tail light pieces, trim and 10 hubcaps
- front tires are new whitewalls
- Tailgate glass and roll down mechanism are great, work perfectly.
- has there original seats, although they need recovered.
- I have 100 pictures should you need to study.
-I have two 225 Slat motors, one is a runner and pretty clean, the other is a short block and needs rebuilt
-I have a freshly rebuilt head to be included
- comes with a automatic trans attached to the runner 225
- more parts and fun stuff
Wagon is located in New Bloomfield , Missouri 65063, which is near the Capitol Jefferson City. I have not frequented this page much for this Lancer as I have for my 64 Dart. I think this would be a fun restoration and is the reason I bought it. Past the floor work I am sure the rest of it goes back together easily.
$2900 fairly firm. No trades considered unless its a running A Body 62-66.
