1962 Valiant Signet 200 Fender Tag

Hi. Can anyone help me decipher the middle row of this fender tag? It's for a 1962 Plymouth Valiant Signet 200. There's a "1" under the "C"; a "5" under the "G"; a "2" under the "N"; and a "P" under the "Z."
