1964 dart push button trans control cable adjustment

My parking lever is flopping around un hooked and I see a cable zip tied to dash. I can't find a Schematic to figure out how to hook it back up. I think it is missing some parts. Any help finding more info would be greatly appreciated.

here is the shifter assembly, the park cable attaches to the side, it has a bracket that clamps on the cable then bolts to this assembly with a small spring'

it is the bracket on top left side of the assembly in the picture.
