1965 2 door side panel removal

I'm replacing the carpet on my 65 dodge dart convertible. How do the back seat side panels come off so I can fit the carpet. I haven't looked as of yet are they difficult to remove? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Take out the back seat and then they are held in by screws. 3 in the bottom, 2 in the back and 1 at the top.
