1965 cuda disk brakes

decided to go with disk brakes on my cuda so i bought a 1975 dart for all the parts i need. I know i need to switch out the upper control arms to get the bigger ball joints. what i am wondering is can i switch the lower parts as well so i can have the sway bar and what would the best master cylinder do i need if i just go with manual brakes.
