I can't believe I'm going to do this but I have to let my 66 Cuda project go. I'm moving back to Michigan soon and need the car out of the garage to finish up the house and get it up for sale. I don't want to put it in storage and suffer that additional expense while I'm trying to get the house wrapped up.

Slant 6 , 904 transmission. engine has been cleaned up, ran fine 6 hours home. have installed a duel 1 bbl intake & new exhaust manifold as well as new timing chain and gears, new oil pump and new fuel pump.all pulleys , fan, brackets were powdercoated to perfection from cudachick...., have the orig 1bbl intake.

The car is kinda together, new floor pan, firewall frame rail....etc, have new trunk pan and extensions, inner fenders, gas tank etc. I drove the car home and took it apart so every thing you will need is pretty much here to get it back together. I paid 2000.00 for the car and have spent aprox 4000.00 additionally for parts as well as getting the front suspension powdercoated and the heater box restored to perfect show condition. I have an attic and closets full of parts and stuff, to much to list. It will need a new windshield

At this point I'll sacrifice it to get the garage emptied out. Someone willing to finish it will get a great deal I promise that. Will need to be trailered obviously. Please ask any questions, I'll answer the best I can. car is solid not a rust heap. Feel free to come by and look if your local.

I would be happy to recoup the 2000.00 I paid for the car and consider the rest of the loss a good learning experience OJT gained sort of thing (at least it will help me sleep to think of it that way)

Check out the face book link for my Cuda album

So I thought I had a taker, turned out to be a scammer. We had discussed via e-mail overall condition of the car and what needed to be done yet. Over the course of a week we finally came to an agreement on price and then it went to crap. Talk of payment by check and overpayment so I could pay "his shippers" WTF does it ever end?

As of right now, still available............

I didn't get anything more than an e-mail. It sounded like he was setting me up for an unannounced visit while I was away. He wanted all my phone #'s, address , etc, it stunk to high heaven. Some people just don't understand how ignorant they look by the way they communicate.
Well, no big deal, there are thieves everywhere so it would seem. He didn't find me off of this site I also have it posted on a local Mopar site.

..same happened to me...took it to the RCMP with the stolen draft from an american bank...they put minimal time into it..said it was too common..at least I have the cheque as a souvenir :)

Ian,

If I had more time on my hands I could have made a sport out of it and just gave him the info he asked for then just sit back and wait for him to show, I have a large collection of weapons I'd like to try out on him. Ha HA
