I have a rust free, just surface rust, factory drilled for GT/GTS panel trunk lid. $250 plus shipping. I use fastenal 3rd party and have had good luck with them. Bear in mind I have to find a pallet and package on a pallet and deliver it to them. That's included in the price of the lid.
