Here I have a pair of dash vents I found in this week's go away box. They are in good shape with all mounting pegs, nuts and clips intact. There appears to be some dust/dirt in the finned part, but you have to hold them in the light the correct way to see. Imagine trying to see that in the car. Clean and refresh the paint if it makes you feel better. I would like $25 plus shipping from Puyallup, WA.
