I have a set of 4 14" SBP 67 Plymouth rally wheels with 4 center caps and 4 beauty rings with the additional spare wheel for 5 rally wheels. The spare does not have a center cap or ring. I'm not sure what these are worth so I'm starting at 350 OBO. If i'm high someone will let me know. lol They are in Des Moines, Iowa. Again these are the small bolt pattern. They are driver quality IMO.

Nice wheels these will fit on a 67’ barracuda but the first year these were offered on a factory car was 1970.
 
Original trim rings, not beat to hell, are hard to find. I agree with cudascott, the first year these wheels were available was 1970. Still, very nice parts.
