1968 barracuda broadcast sheet is in bad condition & I am missing the fender tag

I just picked up a project 1968 Barracuda Formula s 340 4speed coupe she is taken apart. The data tag is missing & the broadcast sheet is in bad condition. I tried to google search how to decode but got confused!

She has power steering, under dash AC, manual brakes & 4speed trans, posi rear. Any help on the broadcast sheet would be helpful!

Take smaller more detailed and focused shots of the build code at the bottom. Don't worry about getting it all in one pic. Just go in sections so you can get it in focus. When you zoom it gets to blurry.
