Due To Having to Relocate And Great Sorrow I Am Forced To Sell My 68-s. Here Is What I Know About It, vin BH23H8BXXX, FENDER TAG READS FROM BOTTOM TO TOP FIRST LINE...BH23 62 3 38 016. SECOND AND THIRD LINES READ UNDER 2 IS 5 UNDER 3 IS 0 UNDER 7 IS 8 UNDER AX IS 48 UNDER TRIM IS H6X UNDER PNT IS WW1. 4TH & 5TH LINES READ UNDER D IS 9 UNDER F IS 7 UNDER R IS 1 UNDER X IS 2 UNDER Y IS 6. LAST LINE READS UNDER B IS 4. 383 4spd, No Power, Factory Disc Brakes And Console Deliete Car. I Bought This Car As You See It 3 Yrs Ago. Cannot Say For Sure That It Is A True 383 Car But In All Appearences Lead To It. the 383 Call Out Letters On Hood,150 Speedo, And A 3:91:1 Sure Grip 742 Case. Also I Do Have The Original Bb Radiator For This Car. I Did Pull The 391 Out This Summer And Put A More Street Friendly 276 Non Sure Grip In It. I Do Have The Original 391 To Go With It. At Some Point In The Past Some One Welded Floor Pans And 69 Quarters Back Into It. From What The Book Tells Me They Only Made 154 Of These Cars In The Notch Back Wich Makes It A Rare Car ! This Is A Nice Driver And Sad To Say Would Make Some One A Great Car. Asking $17,000.00 For The Car. The Car Is Located 70 Miles S.w Of Kansascity Kansas.
