For sale is a Carter AVS #4615sa. Application is for a 69 HP 383 engine with a 4 speed transmission. Dated "M1". Includes the original metal tag. Stock metering rods & primary jets. Secondary jets are one size richer. Rebuilt with a "Hygrade" brand kit. Includes the original dashpot along with the mounting bracket. New choke pull off. Complete. No damage.
