I think I may have posted this in the wrong forum the first time, so I am posting it again.. here...

Hiya gang...

I am on a fact finding mission for my ongoing 69 Dart project. Due to prices and the fact that I couldnt find fenders anywhere for my car when I bought it (car was wrecked and the fenders were toast)... I wound up buying 68 fenders, thinking that besides the marker lights all 67-69 fenders were the same.. WRONG.. LOL .. they're all close. But I soon found that even though 68 fenders looked the same, the headlight buckets are actually in the wrong spot, and the tops of the fenders under the hood actually were differant for the mounting of the grille.. After a good deal of work to 'fix' these issues, I got the fenders on the car.

I still need to make a patch panel for the passenger side at the bottom, and the drivers side needs some body work, and a bunch of trim holes filled.. then there is the matter of welding the marker holse shut, and cutting the proper ones for the 69 markers...so...

Question is.. anyone out there sitting on a set of fenders for a 69 Dart? in reasonable condition... if so, whats the going rate? what would you want? seriously doubt I would be able to get them until after the holiday craziness is over..(Santa has limited funds this year...lol) but i am thinking it would be less work to put actual 69 fenders on, instead of finishing off the ones I have.. they got me on the road... but I am trying to think long haul...

Thanks for any input...

for a while there, that was all I could find were 68's.. lol.. last time I went to Carlisle Pa, for their all Mopar event, I found several sets, and they were overly expensive.. but finding 69 fenders is way tougher.. which I cant understand, they made a ton of them.... LOL ..

I have some fiberglass fenders I bought new for my 68 dart, and they dont seem right, maybe they might work better on a 69, Im also looking for fenders for my 68 if anyone knows where to get some.

Here's the contact info for a guy in Milford, NH. He collects MOPAR parts and I've had real good luck getting rust free parts from him. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to interchange too.
