I was recently given a 1969 Valiant Signet. It hasn't run for at least 35 years and is a little rough around the edges, so I registered here to find some information. If I'm not mistaken, it was built right here in Belgium, Antwerp to be more precise.
The exterior is rough and has suffered a bad respray (bronze to burgundy), but since it was parked relatively early on in its life, the body is surprisingly solid, a rarity in rainy Belgium. I intend to fix it mechanically, give it a good clean & polish and drive it as is.
