I'd see about an arp bolt if they make one the needed dimension.
I use their pontiac oil pan stud kits on the intake/exhaust head studs. They have round ends....so never hurt the threads or break then off...stronger than the head. Fine thread too, get them nice 'n cinched.
 
Like regular hardware there are different grades of stainless.
With what torque is called for grade 8 works but it's overkill
