I have a pair of 71 big valve J heads that have been disassembled and checked for cracks and they are free of cracks. There was one repair needed due to corrosion on one exhaust port divider. Repair was done professionally by a local machine shop. $200 plus shipping from 49341. These are heavy and I just shipped a similar set of heads through fastenal from Michigan to Florida and it was $175 for shipping them that far.

Those are some interesting deshroud cuts around the valves or chamber work.
Better pics are necessary. How about some straight shots of the repair as opposed to the angled perspective that gives illusion.

I’ve never ran these heads and know nothing about deshrouding or bowl work. I got the heads with a motor and I paid to have the repair done by my machine shop after they were cleared for cracks. I will sell one or both but if either don’t sell soon both are going in the trash.
