i removed my rear valance panel on my 73 scamp and noticed some of my clips were missing, any idea of anybody who sells these ?

Check some paint suppliers, too. Any place that stocks Auveco stuff, maybe some Ace hardware stores. One around here stocks them. Locally, before online. Ask/ search for 1/4" U nuts. check what you have against them.
