[WANTED] 1974 Mopar 400 main bearing set with large No.3 thrust area ?

Hi, I have a 1974 Mopar 400. The No.3 main cap and block accordingly are machined to accept the Large No.3 thrust area bearing. Summit says Clevite only makes 1973 and back main bearing sets which all have the No.3 smaller thrust area bearing and will fit all 400 blocks. I also tried Speed Pro, no luck. Would anyone have a source or a part No. for the 1974 and up larger thrust area bearing set ? Thanks, D.y/MAGA!

what your casting # ? i'll check with my engine guy , i'm doing a 400 block stroker to 470ish .

Use the earlier smaller thrust bearing. Done it many times.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Here is the casting No. 3698630.400.3 1.30.74. The early bearing sets will fit, I just thought if I run the trans brake the wider thrust area bearing would be best. Anyway Ma Mopar machined the cap and block that way for a reason. Thanks, MAGA !
