Right there, :stop:. In my opinion you shouldn't get the truck. If you are saying that you aren't sure, especially before you even get the thing, that's a big red flag. If you aren't 100 percent sure, you shouldn't even consider it.

well, i phoned the owner, and.... well, it was a winter driver since 1980's, which means salt and rust, so i ran away from that
