I Would like to hear from anyone who has used this tire in the above size. The 'cuda needs a whole lotta help in the traction department. Current rubber is a 245/60/14 Cooper Cobra. Just goes to smoke when loud pedal is squished. The 340 is producing in the area of 400-420 hp at the crank. Trans is 727,stalls at 2500 with 3.91 in the rear. I intend to relocate the leafs in a season or two, so for right now I need a small tire that will hook. I'm hoping this will be adequate for the 2-3 trips to the drags and the weekend street use planned for next summer. Thanks in advance.

Not identical, but i use 275-60-15 mt radials on my duster (383 approx 400 hp 3000 stall 4.10 gear ss springs) and even when i load against the convertor they might turn once. And that's with 28 lbs of air in them. Gonna try em with about 15-18 psi and use the bottle this year out of the hole. I guess I could say I like the tires. A 235 is only 1.5 inches narrower. That's still a lot of tire on the ground.
