2bbl carb interchangeability

On my 65 dart 273 AT I have a stromberg ww3 carb. I pulled it apart for rebuild and it runs better than it did before. Unfortunately, the carb still leaks a bit of fuel and after I tore it apart again it turns out that it leaks from the throttle shaft and that the throttle body is warped. I should have looked closer for these issues before I rebuilt it .... oh well.

Anyway, I found a lightly used carter bbd reman from a 1970 318 for really cheap. Will it bolt on?

I would think so. My '64 273 comes stock with the BBD and I would guess the factory manifolds have the same bolt pattern and throttle openings.
