Hi everyone.

I have a 1973 Duster with a 318 with an 904 and I recently put the motor back in (after 8 months), I’m trying to set up the throttle linkage. Unfortunately, when I took it apart I was trying to convert to a manual and failed to take pictures of the throttle linkage with the auto. At this point the manual swap has been put on the back burner and the auto is going back in.

Does anyone have pictures of the throttle linkage set up for reference or any suggestions and reference pictures on how to convert it to a cable?

And here is the underside kickdown linkage on a 727 in a '76 Truck.

You didn't mention this, but keep in mind that the linkages are different between a 2bbl. and a 4bbl., so if you converted to a 4 bbl. while the engine was out, none of the 2bbl. linkages are going to fit "as is".
Here are the particulars for the conversion:
How to set up a Holley 4 bbl for a Mopar
I know the link says it's for Holleys, but a Carter/Edelbrock requires the same mods.

Hijacking here....but does it work with factory 5.9 Magnum beer keg MPFI and a 518? I think you have a similar setup with a 500?

No idea about the keg manifold.
My setup is exactly the same as an LA motor would be, but with the 5.9 and 42rh.

Scratching my head here, but in that case why wouldn't you just use the factory brackets, throttle and kickdown cables?

My 5.9 came from a low mileage 98 model 3500 dually that was a 6 speed stick, so I don't have any of that. I am putting it into an 88 D100 along with a 518/46RH. My plan was to scavenge all of the kickdown stuff from a Magnum/46RE equipped truck or van and use that. If that cable above will work just as well, I'm not opposed to using that.
