[Found!] 318 or 360 Core Motor East Texas

Looking for a buildable LA 318 or 360 motor...willing to talk Magnum, but I am way more familiar with the older stuff. Not picky in any regard, aside from being reasonably rebuildable -- a good core. I am an 1.5hr from Houston and 40 miles from Lufkin. This "builder" is destined for my 87 D150.
