This is a 3310-4 750 Vacuum secondary Holley carburetor with electric choke. I really wanted to keep it, but I really don't have anything it will work on, so rather than sit here, I'm going to let it go. I cleaned it good and replaced needed gaskets. I didn't have a kit, but I had a lot of gaskets left over from previous kits. The front metering block gasket is a good used one, it has a new rear metering block gasket, new float bowl gaskets, new 6.5 power valve, new accelerator pump, new base plate to body gasket. New float bowl screw gaskets. New idle air screw seals. New needles and seats. The secondary diaphragm is good. The only thing missing is the accelerator pump cam and I have one on the way. It will be here next week and the carburetor will be ready to go. Someone converted it to a secondary metering block at some point in time. All linkages are FREE and work well. That is just staining on the aluminum base plate. There's nothing wrong with it. This is a USED carburetor being sold AS IS and repaired with new needed gaskets. The only one comparable on the Summit site is the 3310C that does not have the secondary metering block and secondary jets and it's 487 dollars. I will sell this one for 225 shipped to the lower 48. It'll make someone a nice carburetor.
