[Found!] 340 Block

Looking for a standard bore 340 or one that will clean up with 0.030 over bore. Just need the block/caps as I already have the rotating assembly. Unfortunately, my current 340 block is already 0.030 over. Preferably a block located in Michigan. 65

I believe you can get a +.040 KB piston & rings, that's the most economical way to go. A std. bore 340 block is going to cost you some $$$ plus the machine work to get it into shape to install your rotating assy. Why not just get the block you have sonic checked in the bores especially on the thrust side. Good luck

Where in Michigan are you located ? I have a standard 340 block. I plan on attending the MCACN show in November. Could bring with me and meet somewhere on route possibly ???
