Are these 14 inch, I need a rim sbp for a spare tire

The studded snows have some lines on the white wall part, but it does not look like the tires are dry rotted. They are not soft, but then again they are not the modern radials I am used to.

They are 14 inch.

No date codes that I can see anywhere.

I paid under $50 for all of them, I bought them for the rims, and I have no need for the rims or the tires now.
