400 in a 69 dart. Which components did you use?

I recently scored a complete 400 from carb to oil pan and plan to put it into my 69 dart GT. It currently has a 318 and 7 1/4 rear end.
I've search both this site and BBD.com, but have yet to stumble upon any specific build "lists" of what components people have put into their A-bodies.
I'm hoping you all may be willing to post (if you've done this) your builds. Specifically:

What stroker kit did you use?
What heads?
What headers?
Any fitment nightmares with your heads and headers?
Upgrade torsion bars or use an alternative (i.e. alterkation)?
Carb?
Intake?
Anything else that I'm not thinking of that you all think may be good to know before I start?

Depends on your depth of your build..

What stroker kit did you use? Check out 440 Source

What heads? Unless you have a pair of super clean ready to go Irons again 440 source or Eddy

What headers? This can really vary read up on the BBD tech pages it will tell you what fits how it fits and what fits best.

Any fitment nightmares with your heads and headers? Headers can be a pain from what Im told

Upgrade torsion bars or use an alternative (i.e. alterkation)? Go with 340 bars above alterkation is a NICE peice but depends on how deep your pockets are.
Carb? Depends on application and intended use

Intake? Same as carb

Remember good brakes, rear and tranny. Different length driveshaft? Maybe a few new pairs of undies till you get use to it.

Anything else that I'm not thinking of that you all think may be good to know before I start
