I have a spare 1971 truck big block that’s just taking up space. I was going to go through it and freshen it up and put it in a ramcharger but that never happened. The cylinder walls look great, it’s got .030 low compression dished pistons and a forged crank. I tore it down to a short block and then set it aside.
I’ve never seen it run but it turns over fine. I have all of the iron manifolds, a 727 and some industrial heads that will go with it.
I’ll take what I paid for it. $300.
