64 cuda 1/4 window regulators

Does anyone know if these nylon wheels are suppose to spin on their pins or are they just guides for the small channels ? see pics below

They can do both and be normal. Picture missing rear channel

I have one roller that moves freely and all others move only with help. this won't affect the way the window rolls up ,correct? thanks ahead of time amx.

the ones on my 67 were stuck I saturated them in PB Blaster/ WD40 and worked them a bit got them freed up with little to no effort. might try heating them up with hair dryer to expand the plastic a bit before soaking to help with penetrating oil. The rear windows just get so little use I think the old grease in them hardens up. I would soak all the joints and apply lithium grease.
