Last chance, no REASONABLE offer refused. 64 Dart GT, V8 car, no grill front bumper, engine or trans but it comes with a bunch of spare parts. I need this gone by Saturday August 30th. I think we have a title for it but consider that it might not have one. Very solid car top and bottom, worst part is the right quarter panel which is dented and bondo'd up. I don't have time to pick parts from it at this point, sorry. I'd like to see someone save this car, at least for parts. If you search, you can find my other ads for this car. Condsider scrap value as of yesterday here is $200 ton, that's what it's going for by next Saturday unless someone wants it.

Id take that off your hands today. Are you moving or something?I see your selling all your cars off, seems like a nice collection you have there.

Other than some minor rust in the very lower edge of the 1/4's and some dings and dents the car is solid. The right 1/4 is trashed and it was beat out with a hammer and bondo'd up. It looks like a drunk did it. Anyway, I have a rust free 1/4 off a 65 Dart that can go with it, the only difference being the taillight pocket, which is still good on this car. It could be restored but a lot of parts are missing, or the wrong year, whatever. It's full of a lot of extra parts from a 65. It has 64 buckets seats floating around in it.
I'm not moving, but the place I store these at is for sale and it's an old family farm. Three sisters own it so it's a greed fest and I want out of it. The wife and I are trying to buy the place and have mentioned wanting to buy it several times over the years. They didn't give us a notice before they offered just the farmette for sale (first time) and already have an offer. Now that they know we are interested they went ahead and countered their offer instead of plain turning it down (it was low) and talking to us so I'm a bit pissed off about it and it's a sore subject right now. Sorry for the rant.
What makes it worse is that one of the sisters told the realtor that other than the two big class A RV's out there, everything else was abandoned. The realtor hired his brother and his dumb *** kids to "clean the place up". They showed up today while I was out there and acted as though they had right to everything. Needless to say the asshole in me came out and I ran them off, made a few phone calls and made someone feel real bad. Anyway, again, sorry for the rant, I needed to vent.

It takes me just over 4 hours to drive to the Monster Mopar show. Just take 55 to 39 and go north to 64.

My best freind recently went through a similar ordeal, and it turned out pretty badly for him and his sisters relationship, very bad i should say.In fact,i allowed him to store a few of his cars here in my yard for a while until he could get another spot for them.Mind you,he had to bring them here all the way from nebraska,to nc.But the vehicles were his fathers, and grandfathers,so he was not gonna let them go at any cost.I was a little better off then,so i bought an old truck from him to help with his gas(it was more a loan than a buy, lol)and once everything got settled down,he bought it back from me for the same price i paid.Any way,i hate to see you have to sale your stuff for such bs,if i was a better off financially right now,i would buy a couple of them from you.I hope you get what you want/need for these cars, and hope the drama in your life goes away.

Thanks for the concern. It really doesn't bother me about selling the cars, but the hassle of it is getting the better of me. I'm keeping the good stuff I want for now, and have enough space to keep them indoors. All good things come to an end and this is one of them I guess. I've at least broke even on the stuff I've sold so far. Some re-organization is in order around my other garages to make the stuff fit nicely but it will work out. I HATE junking good parts, knowing how hard they are to find, but as a last resort I'm left with no choice.

Doesn't it seem like the greed monsters always surface after a loss, people can be animals when it comes to ravishing someones lifes possesions.

Yup, seems every family has one or two. Ignorance plays a part also. It's interesting how someone that collects (hoards) old kitchen chairs and has people move them around for her and guard and worry about them can have such disregard for someone else's collection of "old" stuff.

Ya, you would think, but I see classics getting crushed after being saved for years by people. They don't even look into trying to sell them. It's sad but a bad part of human nature.
P.M. sent

If I had the money it would help me put my '64 "GT" toghether but being where it is and recieving S.S.I. I'd buy it and yes I can relate to the "GREED MONSTERS" try moving 12 years of crap in 6 days what a pain in the moving I had 2 darts stolen and my motorcycle I was restoring plus bunches of parts:angry7::angry7::angry7::angry7: But when all else fails start over if you can8):cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers:

OK, had a local guy from my car club call today and he bought the car. It's going to be a bracket car. Hopefully it gets done this time, it would be perfect for that.
