Very nice pair of complete front turn signals, running light sockets and rear bumper to body fillers( these are repoped now but cost $50.)

I've had numerous 65 Darts and for the life of me I have no idea of where those round sockets go. Never had them on any of my Darts. Could they be something a PO added on? For example, I'm adding 63 A Body wagon rear back-up lights to my wagon as I'm using the factory Dart back-up lights for amber turn signals.
