Today I picked up my radiator from a local garage: Captain Hooks. I had it professionally refurbished. The guy tested it, soaked it for 2 days, back flushed it, plugged the trans outlets and painted it brand new black color. It came out amazing and he says it’s for the long term.

Now, just wondering how many gallons of coolant to fill it up? I plan on using VP Stay Frosty racing coolant and I also have 160 degree thermostat I’ll be installing with the radiator. Great refurbishment!

Also, he straightened out all the fins as well. Forgot to add that to the post. He gave it the works.
