68 340 Correct routing for starter wiring from battery

I am looking for the correct routing location from the battery to the starter. Can someone tell me if it goes down behind the shock tower or to the firewall standoff or down after the furthest toward the firewall wiring strap that goes under the windshield squirter bottle and above or below the exhaust manifold where it meets the exhaust pipe.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Although this is a 67 273 the cable would be the same.

To the rear under the bottle then down into the large clip by the column.
