Freshly restored Deluxe Woodgrain Steering Wheel with Dodge horn cap. Spokes were blasted and refinished. One crack/gap was repaired on the wheel. Horn cap and base are in decent shape. One of the retainer tabs is broken off on the horn cap but it still holds in place nicely. Cap Is blue and can be re-dyed. Center medallion is nice and clear.
