No they are different, made the mistake once.

Your question was not answered correctly. 68 to 69 look different but bolt on the same. So if your question is will they fit, YES are they correct, NO

I believe they will physically bolt in and work, I plan to use 68 tail lights in my 69.

I'm going to have to disagree I purchased a set of 69 when I sent my 68 lights to be chromed and the housing did not fit properly. Will it fit yes but not as it would factory. I was not happy with the fit it was not nice and straight as I would have expected it to be. Just my 2 cents but as you can see others disagree.
