68 vs 69 Dart grille??

Hey everybody,
Has anyone seen the Mopar Action mag, April 09 edition? Another blast from the past, Mr. Norm is selling like 25 '69 Darts with 440 six-packs. Put a lil smile on my face but I guess after all these years...I don't know squat. My '69 Dart and everyone I have seen has a grille with the rectangle parking lights, while a '68 has round parking lights. What's up with that? GSS specific??

Has anyone found a place that has a repro grille for '69s, 'cause darned if I have found one? Not that I could afford it but I think there is a market for them. Mine is a lil smushed but not too bad.

On the brighter side, I found my original OEM '69 440 6pak intake that I thought was stolen. Some day.... lol

To my knowledge, the new Mr Norm cars are all 68's. Although I could be wrong.

68's have the round markers, and the 69's have the rectangular.

i don;t know of anybody that's reproducing the grilles, but I have seen that someone on Ebay has started to at least do the headlight bezels.

He is making some new ones with a 440 engine, those are 69 Dart's with 68 grilles, why....I don't know, I think they should have the right grille.:angry7:

Oh - I haven't seen those yet. yeah, sounds stupid to use the 68 grille on the 69.
