69 340 air cleaner assembly on thermoquad questions

I am in the process of ordering a nice 69 340 air cleaner assembly. I have a LD340 with a 72 340 thermoquad. Will this air cleaner fit this combination?

Yes avs, holley and t-quad should all have the same 5-1/8" diameter. The 67 and earlier AFB was an inch smaller.

Thanks for the reply! I guess I wasn't sure if the base would clear the wider profile of the thermoquad.

My dads dart has a 73 TQ with a 69 cleaner on it. Works fine. Look at my Avatar.
