69 Barracuda "PLYMOUTH" emblem ???'s

I have a couple "Plymouth" hood emblems, 2 are strictly chrome and 1 has the outside edge painted black, can anyone tell me what is correct for 69 cuda?

Thanks guys, I owned a 74 duster a waaayyyyy back, and I thought that "plymouth" emblem had the black edging. Ok thanks guys!!
