Do you have to take the windshield out to remove the dash in a 69 dart?

no but it is much easier. 6 or so retaining bolts covered by the windshield gasket. Lawrence

Hiya Roman.
I had to take out my windshield to remove the dash frame. I'm not sure how one would remove the frame with out removing the windshield.
I've documented it (see the book mark below) take a look it will help you get oriented.

Thanks guys that's what I was afraid of I was hoping I just missed a bolt somewhere
