69dart USA /Brazil,South Africa CONVERSION !!

Hello everyone on the forums it just so happens the other day I pass by a video of a 1969 Dodge Dart but it doesn't have the ol' original headlight bezels and grill. Instead it's got like a gto sort of looking plastic or fiberglass front end that by the looks it goes over the hood and fenders that seem identical to mine . I was wondering if it's possible to do this conversion and how . It seems that it's the same as a 74 or so Brazilian Dodge Dart or South African I'm trying to post of the look I mean as how I would like my us made 69 dodge dart
