Any one running a 71 B-body bench seat pistol grip shifter in an A-body with a bench seat ? any pics ? THANKS !

I'm thinking it won't fit. B body's shifter mounting point is further forward than an A body.

Well, it will bolt on but the bends in the shifter handle will make it awkward to operate...... If at all.

Yea, the shifter handle fits like a glove! I will get pics of mine in a bit, I have one in my 66 Valiant with a bench seat :glasses7:

I found a pic after an long search, most were in bucket seat cars, found this one in a 70' Swinger with a bench, should work in my 68', no problem. THANKS !

No kidding!! I thought that the bend would interfere with the seat. I stand corrected.

Yes I have 68 Dart with the E body shifter. Running a 5 speed Tremec. But you can also run the 71 B.body bench seat shifter, which I will be changing to.
