72 dart hood to hinge bolts

What size are they ?

The head of the bolt and how long ? Are these in photo correct looking ?

Those look right to me, including the captured washer.
Head is 1/2 and threads are 5/16 with 18 threads per inch.
Not sure on length, but about 1 inch.

The bolts are determined on the hood an hinges you have. 72 was a change over year. They had two different hoods and hinges that year. Sow a picture of you hood where the hinge fastens and the holes in the hinge. Here are the two different styles. Each take different bolts.
