72 Demon Front Bench Seat

I found a good deal for new seat covers for the 72 Demon I just bought. I'm trying to figure out if the headrest measures 7 or 9 inches. Also confused because the curves of the seat don't look the same as the pictures online. Now I am paranoid maybe this isn't the original seat which would be fine but I would just like to know so I can buy a cover. I know where to measure, but mine is just under 8 inches. Do these things shrink or stretch? Thanks in advance

I don't know, but the measurement diagram appears to go from the seam on the top to the seam on the pattern as opposed to the total height. That might be something to confirm with Legendary or whoever published that picture.

I found this one here 1972 Plymouth Duster in Greensboro, North Carolina
But most have the strip down the side so not sure if it measured the same
