72 Plymouth Scamp; Cracked Dash...

I'll have to get a picture of these cracks and post them. My dash has cracks, it seems to only be in the vinyl. They're fairly small, just right up behind the steering wheel so I don't notice them much while driving.

Does anyone have any advice how I might go about fixing these cracks? Or am I S.O.L.?

Thanks for that info. I would definitely consider that. However, I'd like to put it OVER a fixed dash. In order to prevent subsequent damage.
