73 dart sport inner wheel trim?

Hey there, I am disassembling my 73 dart sport for a new carpet kit. I cannot figure out how to remove these plastic wheel cover trim pieces so I can get the carpet underneath them. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Those latches have to be removed, there are 2 nuts on the outside of the latches. Then you’ll have to remove the trim screws around the edge of the interior panels.
