I bought a flapper air cleaner for my 340 clone Duster. I think this came from a 73 Challenger. I don't have a vacuum gauge so I don't even know if it works although the seller said it was good (swap meet so there you go). My question is does this air cleaner offer any performance gains? Does it depend on the build or is it more air is never bad? There is a control line, small diameter that I assume goes to the intake manifold? I have an Edelbrock RPM Air Gap manifold with a Holley 3310 on top. I am shooting for a street machine, maybe occasional trip to the track. Newbie here, please learn me : )
